We regularly look at the marketplace to check how competitive we are. Our charging structure is transparent and easy-to-understand. Unlike other providers who earn more the longer the case takes, we are focused on getting the job done as quickly as possible. We work on a fixed-fee basis not hourly rates... so if things take longer than expected we don't charge a penny more.

Our charges are completely transparent, fair and sensible:

• For instance our fees are tiered to account for larger Estate sizes. 
• Unlike solicitors we don't charge for every letter, fax or email that we send. As you can imagine, when dealing with someone's Estate there can be a huge amount of correspondence to Banks, Utilities, local councils, and Beneficiaries. At up to £10-£25 per 'incoming or outgoing document' costs can soon accumulate but with the UTC this is all part of our overall fee. 
• Where cases are simple (e.g. a house passing from one spouse to another) we levy a low administrative fee rather than applying our full rates.
• We offer a 'Price Commitment' to match the price of any other professional Probate organisation.
